Made of high-quality Q235 national standard carbon steel plate, the tank body is solid and durable with a thickness of 6mm. It is designed to maintain consistent pressure with the atmospheric pressure during operation, ensuring safe and efficient refueling.
The tank body is manufactured using cutting-edge equipment and a one-time roll forming process, resulting in a seamless and fully welded structure both inside and outside. The tank can be divided into single or multiple compartments, allowing for flexible transportation of different liquids. The compartments are reinforced with wave partitions to minimize the impact of oil during vehicle driving and improve the overall stiffness of the tank.
For enhanced safety, the tank is equipped with a breathing valve on the large cover and a submarine valve at the bottom, also known as an emergency shut-off valve. These features enable convenient and time-saving bottom-mounted refueling, while preventing oil leakage and ensuring the integrity of the tank. In the event of an accident, the grooves on the valve body can be cut off, effectively isolating the bottom pipeline from the tank without compromising the sealing.
