(3) The oil pump adopts the well-known domestic brand Anhui Wanye oil pump, equipped with a compaction valve to increase compression density and loading capacity. The loading capacity is equivalent to two and a half times the amount of noncompressed waste discharged in the same ton level. Weisen Bole multi-way valve, Xuzhou Global Hydraulic Oil Steel Pipe, with a hard connection at the multi-way valve, neat and beautiful, fast heat dissipation, and high work efficiency. It adopts the latest external oil cylinder structure and bidirectional compression technology, and through first-class domestic and foreign brand accessories, achieves a compression ratio of over 1:2.5, a single cycle of ≤ 20 seconds, and achieves a multiple improvement in garbage collection and efficiency.
(4) The oil tank is enlarged and the volume is increased to prevent the high temperature of hydraulic oil. All hydraulic oil must be added to the tank through a hydraulic oil filter. High-pressure pipeline filters can be installed on pressure pipelines of different pressure levels to further remove or block wear or blockage caused by external factors entering the components, as well as impurities generated by the chemical action of the internal medium. Equipped with a high-pressure filter, the oil filtration accuracy is 0.01 micrometers. Reduce failure rate and effectively prevent component damage.
(5) Automation of homework: The intelligent control system adopts an imported CAN bus design and a modular structure. By combining proximity switches and oil pressure sensing, an efficient, stable, and easy-to-maintain compression solution is achieved. It has three sets of operation modes: manual, automatic, and semi-automatic.
