The upper part of the truck is composed of a sealed compression box, a filler, a shovel, a hydraulic transmission system, and an electrical control system. It incorporates market-tested hydraulic transmission, electrical control, and bidirectional compression technology. • The oil pump is from the well-known domestic brand Anhui Wanye, equipped with a compaction valve to increase compression density and loading capacity. The loading capacity is equivalent to two and a half times the amount of non-compressed waste discharged in the same ton level. The multiple-way valve from Weisen Bole, Xuzhou Global Hydraulic Oil Steel Pipe, and the latest external oil cylinder structure and bidirectional compression technology contribute to a compression ratio that exceeds 1:2.5, with a single cycle of ≤ 20 seconds, significantly improving garbage collection and efficiency.


• The oil tank is enlarged to prevent high temperature of hydraulic oil. All hydraulic oil must be added to the tank through a hydraulic oil filter. High-pressure pipeline filters can be installed on pressure pipelines of different pressure levels to remove or block wear or blockage caused by external factors entering the components. Equipped with a high-pressure filter, the oil filtration accuracy is 0.01 micrometers, reducing the failure rate and effectively preventing component damage.


• The intelligent control system adopts an imported CAN bus design and a modular structure. It achieves an efficient, stable, and easy-to-maintain compression solution by combining proximity switches and oil pressure sensing. With three sets of operation modes (manual, automatic, and semi-automatic) and a remote control, it offers convenience and efficiency in different working environments.
