The oil tank trucks produced by Hubei Xinzhonglu Special Automobile Co., Ltd. are designed with high-quality steel to maintain consistent pressure inside the tank while in operation. The tank features a breathing valve on the large cover and a submarine valve at the bottom, allowing for convenient, time-saving, safe, and environmentally friendly bottom-mounted refueling. The valve body is equipped with grooves that can be cut off in case of an accident, preventing oil leakage and ensuring tank safety.
The tank body is made of durable Q235 national standard carbon steel plate, manufactured using cutting-edge equipment and a one-time roll forming process. It is fully welded inside and outside to achieve seamless forming. The tank body has a thickness of 6mm and can be divided into single or multiple compartments. Each compartment is welded with reinforced wave partitions to reduce oil impact during transportation and improve tank stiffness.
The tank undergoes high pressure gas leak testing and 100% X-ray inspection to ensure high strength, stable center of gravity, and safe transportation. A tank inspection report is provided for quality assurance.
