The tank body is made of durable Q235 national standard carbon steel plate, manufactured using cutting-edge equipment and a one-time roll forming process. It is fully welded inside and outside to achieve seamless forming. The tank body has a thickness of 6mm, providing solidity and durability. It can be divided into single or multiple compartments, with reinforced wave partitions to reduce oil impact during vehicle driving and improve tank stiffness.
The tank undergoes high pressure gas leak testing and 100% X-ray inspection to ensure high strength, stable center of gravity, and safe transportation.
