The tank head is formed by one-time die casting, and the tank body can be opened backwards for easy unloading. With its high vacuum degree, greater suction power than a regular suction truck, large tonnage, and high efficiency, this truck is suitable for a wide range of applications.
When the vehicle starts and the power take-off is engaged, the suction pump operates to extract air from the tank. The sewage hose remains submerged in the liquid surface, and as the air in the tank becomes thinner due to the lack of replenishment, the pressure inside the tank becomes lower than atmospheric pressure. This creates a suction effect, allowing sewage to enter the tank through the suction hose under atmospheric pressure.
The high-pressure cleaning section of the truck generates strong water flow pressure to open blocked pipelines. It consists of the tank body, height pressure pumps, hydraulic systems, and more. This section is primarily used for cleaning sediment in urban sewers and pipelines, clearing dead corners and mud ditches, and cleaning industrial drainage pipes, walls, roads, and square floors.
